Future Smart City 2026 trwa od 9 września do 5 listopada. Uczestnicy pracują online, a najlepsze zespoły spotykają się na finale w Łodzi. Wydarzenie jest skierowane do studentów uczelni wyższych i uczniów szkół średnich, którzy rywalizują w osobnych kategoriach. Zespoły mają 3–5 osób, a organizator pozwala zgłosić się samodzielnie i deklaruje pomoc w skompletowaniu teamu.
